1. When you first enter the Cost Center option a Select A Cost Center window will appear with the following options:
Scroll to ADD and press Enter to confirm your selection.
2. In the Cost Center field, enter a unique alphanumeric number up to six digits in length. Press Enter to continue.
3. Enter the name or description of the cost center in the Cost Center Name field. Press Enter to continue.
4. Enter the status of the account in the Status field. A = active, I = inactive.
5. Command options will appear:
Select Add. The cost center has now been added.
Note: Cost center number, name, and status must be entered in order to add a new cost center.
